OVERCOMING ATTACHMENT!
OVERCOMING ATTACHMENT!
In my mind, living life is the only way to overcome attachment.
Experiencing, growing along, learning whilst remaining open, adventurous, inviting, always loving, in love with life and all existence.
Becoming a child again, living in innocence.
Allowing a few minutes each day to reflect on ourselves in silence, in emptiness, helps.

BAD & GOOD, LOVE & HATE!
There is envy, hate, brutality in the human mind and heart, an absence of compassion, of love.
But when do we divide life into good and evil?
When we are rational. Which means that what we see is what we expect to see based on what we have experienced in the past. When there is complete attention, when we are totally aware, alert, watchful, there is no such thing as evil or good; goodness then is not a quality, not a virtue, it is a state of love. When there is unconditional, pure love, there is neither good nor bad, there is only love.
When you really love somebody, you are not thinking of good or bad, your whole being is filled with that love. It is only when there is lack of complete attention, of love, that there comes the conflict between what I am and what I should be. Then that which I am is evil, and that which I should be is good.
Watch your own mind and you will see that the moment it stops to think in terms of becoming something, there is a state of total attention, which is goodness. So, the essence of being positive is when there is total absence of something regarded as actual. All those things are not love (desire, pleasure, fear). Only then love is, with its compassion and intelligence.

Η ΠΑΡΟΥΣΑ ΣΤΙΓΜΗ
Αφεθείτε στην παρούσα στιγμή, ότι και αν είναι αυτό.
Ενόσω ζείτε στο τωρα, η οποια αλλαγη ειναι το ορθο για σας.
Αν ζητάτε πάντα αυτό πού δεν έχετε, διατηρείτε την ζωή και τον εαυτό σας σε διαρκή ανησυχία.
Αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν πρέπει να επιδιώκουμε την αλλαγή. Απλά πρέπει να αγκαλιάσουμε, να αποδεχτούμε αυτό πού έχουμε τώρα και να κάνουμε τα βήματα πού χρειάζονται γιά να κυνηγήσουμε τα όνειρα μας. Χρειάζεται αναμφίβολα προσπάθεια γιά να αποδεχτούμε, να εκτιμήσουμε ότι έχουμε τώρα, αυτή την στιγμή, ενώ παράλληλα ανοιγόμαστε και αποδεχόμαστε οτιδήποτε είναι αυτό πού το μέλλον θα φέρει. Δεν σημαίνει ότι αναζητούμε κάτι στο μέλλον σε βαθμό πού χάνουμε την αξία και το νόημα τού σήμερα. Πάντα σε πρώτη θέση στο νού πρέπει να ειναι το πως ζουμε το τωρα, οτι και αν ειναι.
Αυτή η φαινομενικά απλή θέση είναι πολύ δύσκολο να εφαρμοτεί γιά τούς περισσότερους από μας.

THE DEVOTIONAL SENTIMENT
The sentiment that grows out of love for the indigenous soil of a country is called “geo-sentiment”. From this geo-sentiment, many other sentiments emerge, such as geo-patriotism, geo-economics and many other geocentric sentiments, including geo-religion. This geo-sentiment attempts to keep humanity confined within a limited part of this world. But the innermost desire of people is to expand themselves maximally in all directions....
Intelligent people must keep themselves aloof from this geo-sentiment and support nothing that is based on it, because it pollutes the devotional sentiment; it degrades human beings and undermines human excellence.
