THE ADAM & EVE TALE (as it really happened)

Before the Great Separation was the First Creation.
This was a "time" when humans were highly evolved beings who lived in the the first Circle of Life on Earth. There was no duality, which made it impossible to perceive anything but oneness with everything and everyone. They were capable of creating new dimensions and every idea and intention of theirs turned into instant manifestation. There was nothing they could not accomplish. Since Oneness with the Supreme Source was their anchor, they had no fear. All were endowed with the infinite knowledge and organizing power of the Eternal Being that sustained every aspect of the First Creation. In the simplicity of bliss, they could be the whole creation and all the beings participating in it, with no sense of separation.
Yet despite all the joy, passion and fulfillment they "lacked" one thing. Obviously not an apple. They didn’t know who they were. A serpent called Ego gave them an idea: "To know you need to be able to ‘see’ yourselves - as if from the outside". So they moved to the ‘edge’ of the original creation of oneness, in order to bring forth a parallel creation that allowed for the experience of knowing themselves. This was only possible by creating the illusion of separating themselves from the unbounded consciousness and entering what we now call the experience of duality. In fact we can never be separate.
We are one consciousness, but by creating the illusion of duality, (to become self-aware), we project the idea outward as a thought. Until this point, there had been no need for thought. However, as soon as their consciousness projected this thought of wanting to know itself, it believed that it was that thought. And when projected in thought, consciousness had no choice but to have a limited view of itself (and this is as true today as it was then).
Since the one consciousness is absolutely unlimited, then whatever it believes itself to be, it is. So in projecting itself out as a separate possibility, it chose to ‘forget’ it was an omnipresent being, the unlimited field of all possibilities. This separate possibility now became the new definition of itself. Our very desire to know who we are brought on the Great Separation from our infinite self.
