EQUILIBRIUM

You need to live in balance and harmony with your environment and the universe. But how is this possible? How can you return and maintain a state of equilibrium? Nature never intended that we live the sedentary lives many of us lead thanks to advancements in technology that have replaced natural daily activities. Neither were we meant to career from one situation to another, traveling the way many of us do, craving entertainment, multi-tasking and bombarding our senses with electronic stimulation. We require daily activity to keep our energies in motion. This powers every physiological and biochemical process that keeps us alive and in a state of good health and well-being.

Go out, walk, bike, play sports, spend time in nature.
