Natural alternatives to lower blood pressure:
• Drink plenty of water (3 liters per day)
• Eat garlic
• Eat celery and drink celery tea
• Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables, especially beets, leafy greens, carrots, oranges, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and avoid dairy and lots of meats
• Fermented Foods and Beverages such as kefir
• Drink Lavender tea
• Magnesium
