MEANINGLESS

Sartre, Kafka, Camus -- they say life is meaningless, life has no meaning. Immediately, philosophers bubble up who say life is meaningless. It happens only when?
When there is time to think. When there is no time to think, life has infinite meaning. Small things have meaning -- to have a shelter, to have food for your children, to have clothes for your wife, when you don't have enough to survive life has meaning. There are so many essential things you don't have, and because you don't have them there is not much time to think and much meaning around you. So meaning goes on existing.
When you have more than you really need, meaning falls flat on the ground. There is so much time to think. That's what is happening when people have more. They become very bored. Boredom has settled!
Being in our minds brings boredom. Living in our minds makes life meaningless. Attention and affection give meaning to life. Attention and compassion is what we need.
